Process Engineering Manager(Chengdu,Jinjiang)

Your tasks and responsibilities

• To control airfreight operation system utilization and operational processes to ensure optimal “work flow” structures are implemented.
• To optimize and support the airfreight organization in regards to deliver operational KPI improvement.
• To ensure facilitation of system tools + transition of tasks to the Shared Service Center in alignment with SSC business partner team(s).
• To evaluate and ensure that appropriate infrastructure is in place for business growth (when committed business is on board) and ensuring that appropriate  infrastructure is in place when staff fluctuations occur.
• To ensure that productivity targets are being met by the respective airfreight departments.
• To ensure smooth and efficient systems and process collaboration with other business units and effective cost management processes are in place and adhered to at branch/dept.

Your skills and experience

•   To be considered, you must have at least 5 years of experience in airfreight, with in-depth knowledge of air cargo operations.
• You are highly organized and continuous improvement is a way of life for you.
• A background in Six Sigma is advantageous.
