Responsibilities:

1.     Relate trends to supplier to help create stronger offer. Show suppliers bought samples and work with them to improve offer quality;

2.     Clearly communicate with suppliers why their offer samples/development samples have not been chosen for final collection. Help them understand how to improve this clear and on time handover of developments to supplier;

3.     Review details of design specs to make sure all style details and trim details are correctly completed before sending to supplier;

4.     Ensure all garment fits are conducted in a timely manner, and all comments are written down and relayed to supplier in good time;

5.     Ensure suppliers attend all fit sessions to understand our requirements and any fit issues working with technicians and designers to improve on any fit issues, giving the supplier clear guidelines from the 'selected' team. Sending fit meeting memo updates;

6.   Ensure 100% on time product delivery ensure 100% of all production quality and packing passes warehouse

Requirements:

1.      Bachelor degree , relevant work experience more than 1 year.

2.      Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

3.      With a team spirit, positive, serious attitude and honest.
