Key Responsibilities

  

主要职责

  

1. Setup the process to prepare the reports for further study and investigation in case there’s special business change.

2. Invoicing process standardization and alignment in whole China

3. Lead the team to cooperate with technical department for control enhancement in system.

4. Setup the process to monitoring the missing/late invoicing and notify GSSC for correction in case there’s any mistakes and missing revenue.

5. Lead the team to assist management to study the possibility of implementing new charge and review financial impact caused by tariff change.

6. Lead the team to make regular and periodic study on market prevailing tariff and identify the possibility for revenue increase and make draft proposal for comments

7. Lead the team to figure out total revenue increase / decrease coming from the change of tariff and report the financial impact in the system

8. Setup the process to monitor the new charge application and fulfillment ratio

9. Setup the process to support legal department to handle SSE new charge filing and government audit in the fields

Lead the team to closely work with ARO/Cost control to align revenue control reporting process and maintain an official tariff book for China related business stakeholders

  

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or above with statistic background as plus

• At least 8 years working experience on shipping industry and analytical section

• Experience in business analysist is plus

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PPT

• Strong Analysis, communication and presentation skills with an excellent command of verbal and written English
