§  Coordinate day to day operations within the air freight department

§  Responsible for customer service internally, bookings, documentation, and execution of routing for assigned shipments §  Liaising with local clients, suppliers and customers

§  Building ongoing relationships with clients and internal departments

§  Ensure operations are processed in a controlled and timely fashion

§  Tracking and tracing shipments

§  Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure that all work is carried out to pre-set service levels

§  Responsible for informing management of progress and requirements of the department

§  Other duties as assigned by management
