职位描述

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities  

? Develops work plans including priorities for team to achieve specific client account objectives

    

? Controls resources and forms policies within own team to optimize results for specific accounts under his/her leadership

    

? Leads strategic sessions to review performance, results and growth or other opportunities for accounts under his/her leadership

    

? Manages team to develop financially-driven business cases around performance improvement scenarios, process change recommendations, project risks, and solution / implementation options

    

? Leverages broad knowledge of analytics, digital channels/omni channel contact center environment to train others on how to uncover non-obvious insights and recommendations.  Delivers consultative recommendations to clients by drawing from information captured from the team and leveraging industry experience and broad knowledge of business and client strategy

    

? Leverages insights out of engagements to develop vertical specific or cross-industry aggregated learnings and best practices

    

? Innovates new or refined analytic techniques and applications of analysis to continually bring best thinking to the table for our clients. Deploys new techniques or applications across accounts under his/her leadership

    

? Participates in building our integrated call center analytics capabilities; assists in developing standardized work processes, tools, and templates; attends conferences and helps develop thought leadership

    

? Assists Senior Directors/ Directors in carrying out departmental goals and strategic plans

    

? Develops and cultivates partnership with clients and internal operational or resource group peers

    

? Facilitates key meetings with executives and develops and cultivates partnership with clients and internal operational or resource group stakeholders.  Proven persuasive presentation capabilities

    

? Establishes and maintains an environment of continual improvement across all owned accounts.  Develops and ensures that appropriate methods, procedures, standards and practices are incorporated into project and process improvement efforts

    

? Serves as subject matter expert resource for other team members

Candidate Profile  

? Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university with more than 15 years of relevant experience (with two to four years of Progressive Management Experience) preferred

    

? Minimum one year of contact center experience or equivalent working knowledge of contact centers preferred

  

? Six Sigma Green or Black belt preferred

    

? Strong process improvement experience; proven ability to apply quantitative and/or qualitative research and data analysis techniques to improve operational processes

? Exposure to Advanced Analytics and Machine learning related subject is preferable but not mandatory.

    

? Intellectual curiosity with a desire for continuous testing and actionable change

    

? Ability to effectively structure problems and solutions and collaborate with internal or external clients regarding recommendations/solutions; Development of solutions that change work processes with associated analyses and accompanying metrics 

    

? Demonstrated managerial skills; proven ability to guide individuals toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, and staff development skills. Strong ability to coach, develop action plans which maximize performance and provide effective feedback

    

? Proven ability to build business cases to justify improvement investments, to monitor financial impact of analytic recommendations and process improvement initiatives and also manage account profitability drivers

    

? Experience working collaboratively with business partners to understand needs for delivering business friendly data solutions; strategic thinker with an excellent ability to understand client business drivers and objectives

    

? Experience in analytic innovation and standardizing work processes

    

? Comfortable with clients and executives in both business and social settings 

    

? Successful track record in peer collaboration 

    

? Proven ability to manage remote and offshore workers

    

? Experience managing complex, high risk projects

    

? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates

    

? Advanced Microsoft Office skills

    

? Experience working in an emerging and rapidly changing environment

    

? Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement

    

? Ability to travel periodically, including the potential to travel overseas

? Excellent communication skills in English (Must Have) and local Chinese Languages (Mandarin)
