Responsibilities - 

？ Responsible for all communications with client at regional level via mails, phone and Instant messengers

？ Task progress and quality control at regional level 

？ Handle client complaints and escalations at regional/task level

Requirements - 

？ Good English communication skills in verbal as well as written, multi-language is preferred

？ Critical in problem solving / decision making (ability to make decisions / troubleshooting skills & approach)

？ Advanced Communications skills (Ability to express him/herself, ideas and views clearly in the desired business language)

？ Have flexibility and be open to adjust under challenges

？ CET-6 or equivalent

？ Experience in web production (Knowledge of web content management system, web standards, architectures and analysis)

？ Advanced knowledge of MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint

？ Good understanding of client relationship management

？ College degree above or equivalent

？ 3 years work experiences are required, at least has 1 years Web operation experiences
