Key Responsibilities

● Project Leadership:? Steer projects to successful outcomes for our clients, their customers and Tigerspike by providing leadership, direction and focus to project team members and clients alike.

● Project Scheduling: ?Document and manage all identified project milestones, tasks and dependencies required to deliver the project; update this plan as things change.

● Project Budgets: ?Manage project effort burndowns and forecasts balanced with utilisation and billability reporting.

● Project Scope: ?Work with the team to define requirements and? ?monitor their progress throughout the project. Be acutely aware of contractual obligations and be the gatekeeper that ensures our output always meets Tigerspike’s standard.

● Project Delivery: ?Work with the project team to define project requirements and? ?monitor their progress throughout the project. Take ownership and responsibility for all contracted project deliverables and coordinate for all functional and quality benchmarks to be met, output delivered and sign-off from the client achieved.

● Project Reporting: ?Provide timely updates to team members and stakeholders through frequent verbal and written updates, e.g. daily stand-ups, Status Report documentation.

● Project Closure: ?Complete project closure activities and reports, including hand-over to the Support team where relevant, liaising with the Finance team to complete profitability analysis, handover to Customer Success Managers as relevant, and sharing lessons learnt.

● Facilitation: ?Pro-actively schedule, plan and facilitate meaningful and valuable meetings with internal and external team members. When in doubt, keep it short.

● Resourcing: ?Ensure that the appropriate team members are assigned to your projects while being flexible in supporting the broader needs of Tigerspike.

● Relationship Management: ?Maintain a professional working relationship with your clients and their stakeholders; hold them accountable for actions as you do with your project team.

● Risk Management: ?Identify risks and issues that threaten to impede the success of projects, escalate when appropriate.

● Change Management: ?Carefully manage significant deviations for commercial agreements, working with the Sales team to issue necessary change requests.

● Mentoring & Training: ?Helping more junior members of project teams to develop professionally.

● Line Management:? Manage other members of the Project Management team who report to you, as directed.

● Process improvement: ?Explore new and better ways of how we delivery projects, sharing your newfound knowledge and experience with your local and global peers.
