Responsibility
1. Head of the application engineering, application design and laboratory depts.
2.Developing a systematic know-how about related products, deal with the local customer demand in the technical aspect and building up a functional R&D team.
3. In charge of budget , capacity and resource planning and controlling of R&D team.
4. Leading the communication and coordination with headquarter R&D.
5. Approval for technical designs and drawings.
6.Training and coaching the R&D staff.
7. Participation and Coordination with Project Management team.

Qualification:
Education and Experience:
1.Bachlor or master degree of mechanic, electrotechnic or automotive.
2. 8years' working experience and 3 years'experience as team leader in comparable function
3.Fluent in English and very good at cross-cultural communication skills

Personality and Profession Skills
1.Passion in technical work,able and willing to deal with details.
2. Highly self motivated,working independently,willing to take respojsibiliy and willing to take challenge.
3.Result and customer orientated working style and straight communication
4.Willing and able to coach the staffs.
5.Strong team spirit and strategic thinking
6.Able to manage multiple priorities.

Preference:
1.German engineer with diploma.degree with 2 years working experience in WPF.
2.Working experience both in Germany and emerging market at automotive supplier industry.
3.Fluent German language for Chinese natives.
