确保正确理解客户需求
作为招聘的专业顾问，与相关部门保持及时有效的沟通
根据招聘需求，搜寻、面试并向营运提供管理岗候选人，确保离职人员的及时补充
协助开发并管理相关的人才搜寻渠道以确保资源的有效利用
协助开发并维护相关学校和社交网络资源以推进招聘工作并加强雇主品牌
根据需要负责与招聘工作相关的项目
按时填写招聘报告并确保数据的准确性
工作汇报
定期向招聘经理提供招聘数据
在实际工作中对现有招聘的政策、流程、系统和工具提出改进意见并确保执行，以不断提升招聘工作的有效性
定期对招聘工作进行分析，提供全面准确的意见、建议
外部市场储备人员管理
参与外部市场人才储备库中分店管理人员的调研和管理
进行部门离职人员面谈（在试用期和合同关闭时离职的分店管理岗位、基数岗位），建立索迪斯离职人员储备库。
