工作职责：

1. 完成公司每月制定的销售指标；

2. 为家长提供专业课程咨询和建议；

3. 建立并全程维护与客户的良好关系，包括销售前、课程学习期间及续约的各个环节；

4. 参与和支持相关销售和市场活动。

岗位要求：

1. 大学专科以上学历；

2. 有一定的英语听说能力（英语4级或者以上优先录取）；

3. 两年以上销售或服务行业工作经验，有教育或服务咨询行业经验优先录取；

4. 良好的沟通能力和亲和力，愿意帮助更多孩子和家长成长；

5. 喜欢挑战，有较强的自我激励能力，能承受销售压力：销售是兴趣，业绩是目标，奖金是动力；

Helen Doron Early English was founded in UK in 1985, which is the global leading brand in Early Englishing learning. It mainly covers the children aged from 3 month to 14. Until now, HDEE has already set up more than 500 centers in over 40 coutries and benefited nearly a million babies, toddlers and children worldwide. HDEE has a very systemic structure including 10 English courses, as 7 years of spoken English for children, toddlers and infants plus 3 years of spoken English plus reading and writing for older children.
