Primary Goals:

  

Developing advanced product quality planning (APQP) activities, ensure new ensure new project safety launch without major quality issue.

  

开展前期产品质量计划（APQP）的各项活动，保证新项目安全投产。

  

 

  

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  

Be responsible for new project quality planning, ensure to complete related work of each stage.

  

负责新项目的先期质量策划，确保按时完成各阶段的相关工作。

  

Be responsible for new project checker development, design review and organize acceptance inspection.

  

负责新项目的检具开发，审核设计方案并组织检具验收。

  

Fast responding for customer requirement, deal with customer complaints, and ensure to provide feedback to customer timely.

  

及时响应客户的要求，处理客户抱怨，确保及时给予反馈。

  

Establish new project development stage quality inspection related document, instruct inspector to implement incoming inspection and part audit.

  

制定新项目阶段产品质量方面的检验和控制文件，指导检验员实施进货检验和成品审核。

  

Be responsible for Customer PPAP & ISIR preparation and supplier PPAP & ISIR approval.

  

负责客户PPAP/ISIR文件的准备以及供应商PPAP/ISIR的批准。

  

Be responsible for gathering quality issue, confirm improvement plan and track status.

  

负责收集和汇总各阶段的质量问题，并确认改善方案，跟踪问题关闭情况。

  

Lead DCR activity, identify and analyze opportunities for cost improvement, achieve company DCR target.

  

 

  

主导公司DCR活动的开展，识别和分析成本改进机会，实现公司DCR目标。

  

 

  

Be responsible to do all kinds of work assigned by manager or higher positions.

  

完成上级交办的其他任务。

  

 

  

 

  

Education:

  

Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical, electronic or other related field

  

大学本科或以上学历，制造，电子或相关领域专业

  

 

  

Required Skills and Experience:

    

Above 2 year experience in automotive industry, knowledge of climate products and cross functional knowledge is a plus.

  

2年以上的汽车行业工作经验，熟悉空调产品和相关知识的优先。

  

Be good at using five core quality tools.

  

熟悉五大核心质量工具。

  

Be good at Data analysis ability by computer Software such as Excel and PPT or equivalent Program.

  

具备应用电脑软件进行数据统计分析能力，比如excel， PPT操作等。

  

Be familiar with IATF16949.

  

熟悉ATF16949质量体系。

  

Acquire climate control system products knowledge.

  

了解汽车空调系统知识。

  

Good communication skills and problems solving ability.

  

有良好的沟通和解决问题的能力。

  

Good spoken English skills to communicate by conference call meeting or e-mail.

  

较好的英语口语能力，能够通过邮件和电话会议进行工作交流。

  

Good at drawing understanding and ES/MS Specification

  

能够正确理解图纸和规范要求。

  

Good skill to communicate with customer and suppliers.

  

具备和客户以及供应商沟通的能力。

  

Good responsibility and hard working in the stressful circumstance.
