Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitor, structure and continuously improve all processes in the plant while complying with all company policies and procedures.
2. Coordinate and control the Suggestion Scheme including administering and evaluating suggestions, budget control, compiling statistics, scheme promotion, awards and implementation of special measures.
3. Recognize and clarify potential areas / activities for improvement within the framework of the business planning process, undertaking both internal and external benchmarking exercises.
4. Investigate rationalization measures in detail, review their feasibility and provide advice on processes to coworkers.
5. Plan, monitor, control and act as facilitator in workshops and on projects, encouraging motivation and maintaining morale.
6. Monitor costs and results of internal projects.
7. Introduce and encourage synergies between plant assembly areas.
8. Create any necessary documentation individually and self-responsibly in accordance with Brose standards and customer requirements, communicating any process to supervisors in a timely manner.
9. Motivate all employees to actively participate in the Improvement Scheme procss, train supervisors to assess improvement suggestions.
10. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental procedures and be pro-active in the development of a safe working environment.
11. Take active part in the management team and act for continuous improvement.
12. Independently responsible for plant cleanliness and tidiness.
13. Responsible for the working station audit and the following improvement.
14. Tasks that are the benefit of Brose Chongqing operation assigned by Plant Manager. These tasks should be cross functional.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Engineering or Engineering with Business Studies or equivalent.
2. More than 5 years production related working experience including more than 3 years experience of managing teams.
3. Project management and facilitation.
4. Familiarity in the fields of mechanical/ electrical engineering.
5. Workshop moderation and coordination of teams using creative problem solving techniques
6. Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent.
7. Communication skills including presentation and training capability.
8. With experience of Toyota System is preferred.
9. Excellent English communication skill.
