职位描述

Main role:

To work as a member of legal team to draft and review the various contracts, mainly sales and service agreements, and manager the IP affairs, in accordance with company policies and applicable law.

Key Responsibility:

Draft or review contracts and other legal documents including sales and service agreement, project contract, and any other types of contract, pro-actively manage the risks prior to contract signing;

Advise on contract negotiations, legal risks and commercial terms and conditions to support to business teams if necessary;

Assist in cooperation projects or other commercial transactions or projects;

Maintain trademarks and deal with trademark infringement; Assist in copyright registration matters;

Track the contract conclusion, make the documentation and update the contract list;

Assist Head of Legal team in project and other legal matters as required.

Qualifications and skill requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree, major in law, LLM is a preferred;

PRC bar will be a plus; Work Experience:

5 years working experiences in a multinational company or a reputable law firm;

Foreign Language: fluent in both oral and written English;

Computer skills: able to use regular tools such as windows, outlook, excel; power point;

High work ethics, self-driven and excellent communication skills, sound business judgement, good sense of risk control and management in the projects.
