岗位职责

1）负责研发实验室的设备管理，确保实验室日常使用需求。如安装跟进、设备操作规程的制定及培训、日常维护、检修、盘点及相应记录等。

2）负责研发实验室的设备培训管理，确保操作人员按要求正确使用，提升设备质量。

3）负责研发实验室设备的定期巡检，设备异常或事故的调查、分析、处理及上报等工作。

4）协助实验室其他管理，如物料管理、安全等。

5）完成上级交代的其他工作安排。

岗位要求

1. 本科学历，生物相关专业，有2年以上NGS行业工作经验。能力俱佳者可适当放宽学历要求。
2. 有2年及以上管理经验者优先。
3. 要求熟悉并熟练操作NGS相关测序仪等精密设备，如Miniseq，NextSeq550，Nova6000、Agilent 4200、ddPCR等。
4. 能积极主动地开展工作，学习能力强，有分析问题和解决问题的能力；具有良好的沟通和团队协作能力，具备良好的服务意识。
5. 工作细心，耐压能力强，并有强烈的责任心。
