重庆招聘

1、带领团队开拓客户，根据客户需求设计、优化国际国内散货及件杂货运输解决方案，完成部门业绩指标及合同的签订执行；

2、负责船公司/铁路/公路/海关/口岸，等合作资源的商务谈判，负责供应商的筛选、考核、合同签订，

3、负责客户关系的维护，提升客户满意度；

4、建立健全部门的各项制度、标准流程；

5、负责团队成员的招聘、培训、考核及激励培养工作，提升团队战斗能力；

6、公司交办的其他工作任务。

任职资格：

1、全日制本科及本科以上学历，45岁以下，国际国内航运等相关专业毕业，需10年以上国际物流行业经验，5年以上管理经验；

2、有丰富的散货及件杂货物流经验，熟悉贸易条款及海商法条款；

3、有很强的执行力，做事情作风严谨、细致；

4、积极上进，追求个人成就感和荣誉感的达成；

5、具备良好的英语听、说、读、写能力，熟练的Office操作水平；
