岗位职责 ：
1、 根据公司总体规划，实现项目经营战略和目标。
2、 监督并确认项目开发规划及运作管理等，包括项目评估、成本控制、进度控制、质量控制、风险控制、采购以及营销管理等；
3、 负责制定项目管理制度，包括人事制度、财务制度、质量管理规范及营销管理制度等；
4、 组织制定项目年度预算及销售收入、利润目标等；
5、 负责对内与对外的所有沟通和协调工作；
6、 负责项目公司内部团队管理建设，包括人员培训、绩效考核等。

Job Specification:
1, According to the overall company planning, realize the project management strategy and targets.

2, Supervise and confirm the project development planning and operation management, including project evaluation, cost control, progress control, quality control, risk control, procurement and marketing management, etc.;

3, Be responsible for making the project management system, including personnel system, financial system, quality management standards and marketing management system, etc.;

4, Organize and formulate the annual budget and sales revenue, profit targets, etc.;

5, Be responsible for internal and external communication and coordination;

6, Be responsible for the internal team management construction of the project company, including personnel, training, performance appraisal, etc.

任职资格 ：
必备条件

1、 本科及以上学历，管理类、项目开发类相关专业，中级以上职称；
2、 房地产行业10年以上的从业经历，三个以上规模20万项目的全盘运作管理经验；
3、 需派往河南项目公司任职。

从优条件

4、 精通项目开发流程，熟悉项目开发管理程序和国家的相关政策法规；
5、 精通成本和质量控制，具备优秀的沟通、合同谈判和签约能力，良好的决策判断、风险控制和计划组织能力；
6、 具备良好的职业道德素质， 抗压性强、有创新力、善于沟通；

7、 需派往河南项目公司任职。

Requirement on Incumbent

Must have

1, Bachelor degree or above, major in management class, project development or related majors, the intermediate or above title;

2, At least ten years working experience in the Real estate industry, at least three premises with scale of 200000 project overall operation management experience.

3, should be sent to Henan project of the company.

Nice to have

4, Proficient in project development process, familiar with project management procedure and the national related policy laws and regulations;

5, Proficient in cost and quality control, have excellent communication, contract negotiation and signing of the decision-making ability, good judgment, risk control and planning organization ability;

6, Have good professional ethics quality, compressive resistance, innovation, good at communication;

7, should be sent to Henan project of the company.
