岗位职责：

1、主持公司日常经营工作；

2、管理、指导公司各部门工作；

3、建设、培训公司团队；

4、监督公司各部门执行公司工作制度；

5、完成上级领导安排的临时性、重要性工作；

6、对公司重大经营决策提出建设性意见，并协助实施。；

7、突发事件的处理与协调；

8、向董事会汇报公司进展情况。

Job Specification:

1, Presided over the company daily operation;

2, Administrate and guide the work of the internal departments;

3, Build and train the company team;

4, Supervise the implementation of the working system in each departments;

5, Complete the temporary or important tasks arranged by the superior leadership;

6, Propose constructive suggestions on the major company decisions and assist in implementing;

7, Deal with and coordinate the emergencies;

8, Report to the board of directors of the progress in the company.

任职资格：

必备条件

1、本科以上学历，要求英语听、说能力较好；

2、8-10年以上房地产行业相关工作经验，3年以上同职位经历；

从优条件

3、有财务管理经验

4、熟悉房地产行业相关法律法规及公司运作；

5、具备相应的建筑管理专业知识，房产知识及行政管理知识；

6、具有良好的领导能力和协调沟通能力；

7、熟悉各种电脑办公软件。

Requirement on Incumbent:

Must have

1, Bachelor degree or above, good English in listening and speaking;

2, 8-10 years related working experience in real estate industry;

Nice to have

3, Have financial management experience

4, Familiar with real estate related laws and regulations and the operation of the company;

5, Have the corresponding construction management professional knowledge, property knowledge and administrative management knowledge,

6, Good leadership and communication skills;

7, Familiar with all kinds of computer office software.
