职位描述:
作为其所覆盖地区的领导者，需要根据公司策略，协调执行、监督具体的行动计划。依据公司制度，和市场部一起协同交流。负责销售费用分配，确保产能最大化，以及费用管理最优化
在国家层面上（研究员、分子生物学家等），与生物标记领域中的病理学专家，缔结稳固的关系
负责组织、领导、开展项目，和行动计划，在生物标记策略基础上（培训，质量控制，地方性会议，专家会议等）
在生物标记领域，发掘市场需求与商业机会，开展针对性的行动，旨在对靶向治疗诊断质量加以影响
在罗氏制药和罗氏诊断之间，支持协同工作（项目、研究等）
在各自产品策略基础上，与医学部经理一起配合、发展与贯彻临床研究（生物标记和药品）
确保充分的双向沟通交流，在肿瘤专家之间协调，以达到诊断结果与治疗方案完美融合
促进和参与，生物标记领域的策略和行动计划的制定
常规项目和行动计划的更新，负责提交日常拜访客户报告
对你所在区域的销量/费用/产品/资源分配负责，力求投资回报率最大化
监督、控制产品费用预算，与动态预报相符
对团队中的其他职能部门，实施生物标记相关培训工作


任职资格：
本科或以上学历，医学、药学专业，病理学专业优先考虑
3年以上大型或外资制药企业的销售、市场或医学部工作经验
良好医学理解和市场计划贯彻能力
具有管理区域产品的知识和经验
优秀的分析，沟通及解决问题的能力
优秀的表达和人际能力
具有良好的英语听说读写能力


Responsibilities:
Identify and identify needs and market opportunities in the area of ?biomarkers, developing specific actions that impact on an improvement in the quality of diagnosis and is related to the use of targeted therapies.
Support the identification and realization of synergies of work between Roche Pharmaceuticals and Roche Diagnostics.
Support the development and implementation of clinical trials (Biomarker & Drug) in accordance with the Medical Manager and the respective product strategy and Biomarkers.
Ensure adequate communication and coordination between him / her and the delegate visit to the pathologists, technicians and oncologists involved in the treatment of diseases related to diagnosis and treatment that are perfectly aligned.
Monitoring and control of the budget allocated to product, meeting the dates for the rolling forecast.


Qualification:
Major in Clinical medicine, Pharma. Science or Pathology.
Good knowledge of assigned disease Area.
Fundamental knowledge in drug development.
Good understanding of business, commercialization and Marketing.
Good at operational excellence.
Good clinical communication and information management skill.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and good PC skill.
Bachelor, Master Degree or above.
