岗位职责：

1、Monitor the daily running of the quality function, including the in-process inspection, receiving inspection, supplier control and instrument calibration

2、Implementation and maintenance of any Quality standard required to be conducted by the Company

3、Handle Customer Complaints on Products and Services

4.Provide quality related reports to management team
向管理层提供相关质量报告
5、Provide quality guidelines and training to make sure quality standard is completely understood

6、Take effective measure to ensure the quality of the products
通过有效的检验途径确保产品的质量标准
7、Supplier quality audit and Supplier management
供应商质量审核以及供应商管理
8、Problem Solving on Manufacturing processes
解决制造程序上的问题
9、Chair the Material Review Board
负责物料检验表
10、Assignments to improve the MTD operation

任职资格：

Job Requirements:
1.2.1 Bachelor degree or above, prefer major in Engineering or related discipline
本科以上学历工程或相关专业
1.2.2 Above 8 years working experience in Quality function in multi-national company, including 3 years experience as a manager or supervisor
8年以上跨国公司质量领域的相关经验其中3年左右的主管或经理的管理经验
1、Profound knowledge of ISO9000 quality system standard
在ISO9000质量体系方面杰出的知识
2、Demonstrated strong ability to use quality tools
能熟练的使用质量仪器
3、Bi-lingual in Mandarin and English
极强的普通话和英语能力
4、Strong interpersonal and communication skills
与人交往和交流的能力强
5、Leadership skill required.
