Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all incoming inspection related quality task: include the sampling, inspection and processing of receiving in SAP. Also to organize the response action with supplier for any nonconformity parts found with plant, include coordinating sorting/rework/ activities and preparing the working instruction accordingly.
2. Follow-up all the open quality issues of supplier parts via whole chain (incoming>production>Customer claims).
3. Maintain and evaluate the supplier performance monthly, work with central SD for the top-5 worst supplier regularly.
4. Support the preparation of supplier quality management area for internal audit and external audit.
5. Support supplier quality related topics at the project launch phase with central SQE team.
6. Travel to supplier site in case of necessary investigation or audit for any quality issue.
7. Tasks that are for the benefit of Brose which assigned by Manager.


Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor degree level engineer in a Mechanical or Electric field.
2. Minimum 3 years experience in supplier Quality area in the automotive industry or ancillary industry.
3. Good communication skill with internal and external.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of error prevention and supplier quality planning methods.
5. Comprehensive knowledge of the production methods in use.
6. Basic knowledge of environmental law and environmental technology.
7. With knowledge of customer special requests.
8. APQP, PPAP, MSA, 8D.
