Main Aim of Job:

1. Lead all related task in quality lab in term of field quality claims, customer response, etc..
2. Support project team for the sample inspection / testing.
3. Warranty issue analysis and following.

岗位职责：
Responsibilities

1. 负责质量部售后市场的客户响应和处理；
Manage all quality response to related issue from the field.
2. 负责公司共享盘的售后市场相关数据维护和报告；
Maintain and report the field summary information in the public folder and sharepoint in system.
3. 负责售后件的相关检测和验证，并推动相关部门进行原因调查和措施整改；
Responsible for field returned parts inspection and testing, and push related department for root cause investigation and correctie action.
4. 协助实验室完成必要的检验和测试任务；
Cooperate with lab team to fulfill the inspection and testing etc. task.
5. 协助必要的质量问题分析等需要的相应的测量和测试；
Support the necessary quality problem investigation which need the measurement and testing.
6. 协助质量部其他必要的支持工作。
Support to other required task from quality department.

岗位要求：
Requirements

1. 具备售后件处理的相关经验；
With the related working experience regarding the field parts handling.
2. 具备实验室工作或相关的工作2年以上经验，汽车行业优先；
With more than two years' lab working experience or related experience, automotive industy will be plus.
3. 能熟练使用常规的测量设备；
Can operate the necessary measurement tool.
4. 大专以上学历；
College degree or above.
5. 英语熟练，能进行简单的口语沟通；
Fleunt English. Oral English can be used for basic communication.
