职位描述：
1、根据工作流程热情耐心接待来店的每一位客人，认真悉心接听每一个咨询电话；
2、根据对气骨导纯音测听、言语测试、ABR等分析，对顾客做出综合听力评估；
3、通过与顾客沟通了解顾客需求，基于综合听力评估报告，向顾客提出治疗方案或计划；
4、通过提供不同助听器补偿听力的解决方案，最优地满足顾客的需求；
5、积极促成单次双耳验配的成功率以及后续双耳验配的成功几率；
6、认真负责完成日记账，及时提交日报表，配合部门经理完成其它报表；
7、主动配合团队工作，积极沟通工作事务，避免工作失误以及信息不畅；
8、部门经理指派的其它工作。

岗位要求：
1、大四在校学生，听力学专业；
2、形象较好，言谈得体，有亲和；
3、诚实守信，具一定沟通技巧、优秀的服务意识和团队合作精神；
4、具备处理突发事件的解决处理能力，具备较高的工作热情，主动完成下达的任务；
