Job Description:
1. Lead the implementation of Visteon's product development process into all J.V. projects
2. Lead the project team in developing a Statement of Work with the Customer for each project
3. Lead the project team in developing a Statement of Work for engineering services to be contracted to Visteon for each project
4. Lead the management of engineering services contracted to Visteon
5. Lead establishment of cross functional teams to meet program deliverables
6. Deliver assigned programs/ projects to profitability, timing and quality targets
7. Lead successful Product Development System Gateway reviews for each project
8. Lead development of action plans to resolve all program issues (Risk Management)
9. Manage the change control process
10. Develop and Strengthen the business relationship with customers
11. Assist in development of business cases for new projects
12. Perform special studies/ projects
13. Continuous improvement required.
14. Follow company’s Environmental Regulations


Qualification:
1. Program management
2. Strong Engineering background, prefer auto industry.
3. Strong English speaking capability (or desire to learn) and communication skills
4. Basic understanding of corporate finance
5. Good knowledge on APQP and PPAP.
6. Basic Understanding of automobiles, engines and engine management systems operating principle.
7. Basic understanding of product development process for automotive products and systems
