Job Description:

1.Prepare and follow the SW development workplan with the SW team to meet program requirement.
与软件团队一起制定并遵守工作计划以满足项目的要求。
2.Keep regular meeting with the global SW core team to review, discuss and solve the ECU SW issues.
同全球软件核心团队保持定期会议，以回顾、讨论和解决ECU的软件问题。
3.Manage the SW development of ECU with ECU team to meet customer’s performance, cost, quality and delivery requirements. Support customer to confirm the requirements.
与ECU团队一起管理ECU的软件开发以满足客户对性能，成本，质量以及交付需求，并支持客户确定需求。
4.Follow the ECU SW development/engineer change process.
遵守ECU软件开发和工程变更流程。
5.Maintain open issues list and lead development of action plans o close all open issues.
维护未定问题清单，制定行动计划以解决所有的未定问题。
6.Schedule and implement the SW validation plan, develop test facilities and HIL test software and hardware.
制定软件验证计划并执行，开发测试设备和硬件在环测试软硬件。
7.Continuous improvement required.

Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree in Software/ Automatization /Electronic Engineering or above.
软件，自动化或电子工程学士学位及以上
2.3 years experience on software and hardware development in automation field.
具有自动控制领域软硬件开发经验3年以上
3.Master embedded SW development and debugging tools and platform.
精通嵌入式软件开发及调试工具和平台。
4.Understand Engine Management Systems including engine management sensors, throttle bodies, fuel injectors, engine control units and software control strategies
了解发动机控制系统所包含的传感器、节气门体、喷嘴、控制单元及软件的控制策略
5.Ability to plan, prioritize and manage work tasks
制定计划、管理及优化工作目标
6.Understand engine operating principles
了解发动机运行原理
7.Prepare and Deliver technical presentations
可以准备和陈述技术介绍
8.Strong English speaking capability (or desire to learn)
较强的英文口语能力（或有学习的意向）
