1、技术管理 ：参与各阶段设计任务书、设计成果评审及施工图会审，编制土建专业技术措施及质量标准， 参与招投标工作，审查本专业的招标技术文件、施工方案，参与本专业重大技术论证，根据实际提出或审查专业设计变更，审核与本专业有关的工程现场签证。

2、进度管理：协助主管进行工程管理策划，审查专业单项工程的施工计划，监督、检查、统计分析工程实际进度，提出进度改进措施或调整建议

3、质量管理：审核施工单位、监理单位提交的质量保证措施，定期现场巡视，检查质量情况，参与处理重大质量事故

4、安全管理：审核施工单位、监理单位提交的安全保证措施，定期现场巡视，检查安全文明施工情况参与重大安全事故处理

5、综合管理：对工程结算中涉及的工程施工内容及完成情况审核，工程签证审核或现场核实，参与公司组织的项目巡检，针对管理现状进行专业分析，汇总项目月报，进行专业工程分析，提出改进措施，参与工程、材料、设备等供方评审，收集、汇总、分析专业工程信息，建立工程案例信息库，项目公司（部）撤出后的交付物业维修管理、工程质保金返还审核等工作，参与竣工验收。

Job Specification:

3, Quality management: review the construction team, oversee the submitted quality assurance measures, regular on-site inspection, check the quality, to participate in handling the major quality accidents;

4, Safety management: review the construction team, oversee the submitted safety guarantee measures, regular on-site inspection, check the safety civilization construction and participate in handling major security accidents;

5, Comprehensive management: review the project construction content and check the completion in the project settlement, engineering access review or field verification, participating in f the project inspection organized by the company, analyze professionally in view of the current situation of management, summarize the project monthly report, professionally analyze the engineering, put forward the improvement measures, participate in reviewing of the suppliers, including engineering, materials, equipment etc., collect, summarize and analyze the professional engineering information, establish the engineering case information database, deliver property maintenance management, the review of the quality guarantee deposit return and etc. after the project company (department) withdraw, , participate in the completion inspection and acceptance.

任职资格：

必备条件

1、大学专科以上学历，工民建、土木工程相关专业，至少在建筑或房地产公司相关岗位工作三年以上；

2、需派往河南项目公司任职；

从优条件

3、掌握工程相关知识，工程项目施工模式

4、良好沟通、协调、组织能力。

Requirement on Incumbent

Must have

1, University diploma or above, majored in civil engineering, civil engineering related majors, at least three years in the building or real estate company related positions;

2,Should be sent to Henan project in the company.

Nice to have

3, Master engineering related knowledge, and project construction mode;

4, Good communication, coordination, organization ability.
