岗位职责：

1、负责专业相关各阶段目标成本编制和分析评价，编制造价评估报告。

2、全面控制工程造价，做好投资估算、工程概（预）算、标底编制及工程结（决）算审核、报审，编制竣工结（决）算报告。

3、收集整理完工项目的成本经济指标，负责专业相关分包和材料承包商结算。

4、协调管理造价咨询公司并负责评价。

5、建立工程造价控制台账，做好进度款审核支付，做好工程变更、索赔等费用核定及测算。

6、领导安排的其他相关工作。

Job Specification:

1, Be responsible for the cost preparation and analysis and evaluation of the professional related phases, work out the cost evaluation report.

2, Fully control of engineering cost, completes the investment estimation, engineering budgetary estimate, calculate base price establishment and engineering settlement audit, apply for report, prepare the report of completion settlement.

3, Collect and complete the economic indicators of the cost of the completed projects, be responsible for the relevant outsourcing and material contractor settlement.

4, Coordinate and manage the cost consulting company and be responsible for the evaluation.

5, Establish the project cost control account book, to review the progress of phase payment, deal well with the engineering change, claim and other fees verification and calculation.

6, Arrange the other related work.

任职资格：

必备条件

1、8年以上工作经验，3年以上房地产行业成本管理工作经验。

2、全国造价员以上资格证书，注册造价师优先；

3、需派往河南项目公司任职。

从优条件

4、熟悉各类建筑材料价格，能有效控制工程土建成本；

5、熟悉建设项目投资、工程造价、工程招标、合同管理知识，掌握房地产开发模式及流程，了解财务、法律等相关知识，对成本管理工作具有较强的分析、预见、把控能力。

6、能熟练使用工程造价软件、算量软件及办公软件。

Requirement on Incumbent

Must have

1, 8 years working experience, at least 3 years working experience in real estate industry cost management.

2, the cost qualification certificate or higher, registered cost engineer is preferred;

3, should be sent to Henan project of the company.

Nice to have

4,Familiar with all kinds of building materials price, can effectively control engineering construction cost;

5, Familiar with the construction project investment, project cost, project bidding, contract management knowledge, master the real estate development mode and process, know about the financial, legal and other related knowledge, have strong analysis, prediction, the control ability of cost management.

6, Be able to skillfully use engineering cost software, calculate quantity software and office software.
