职位描述:
1、熟悉国家法律法规及行业规范。
2、熟悉房地产企业全程运作，熟悉相关检验标准、工序衔接以及关键重要部位。
3、有10万方以上住宅项目的安装现场管理，熟悉现场管理流程，能熟悉使用CAD、办公等相关专业软件。
4、沟通协调能力强，强烈的敬业精神和团队协作意识。

Job Specification:

1, Familiar with national laws and regulations and industry standards;

2, Familiar with the whole real estate enterprise operation, familiar with related inspection standard, process cohesion and key important parts;

3, At least on-spot installation management experience of residential projects, familiar with the site management process, be familiar with using CAD, office and other related professional software.

4, Great communication and coordination ability, strong professional dedication and teamwork spirits.

任职资格：
必备条件

1、 男性，28-50岁，给排水、暖通、电气等专业大专以上学历，工程师职称。

2、 5年以上水电、暖通安装管理工作经验，有施工单位或房地产开发企业现场10万方以上安装管理工作经验。

3、 需派往河南项目公司任职。

4、踏实、肯干、能吃苦耐劳，工作作风严谨，责任心强，具有良好的沟通能力。

Requirement on Incumbent

Must have

1, Male, age from 28 -50 years old, diploma or higher major in water supply and drainage, HVAC, electrical and other related majors, the engineer titles.

2, At least 5 years of water and electricity, heating installation management experience, at least 100000 square meters installation management experience in construction company or real estate company.

3,should be sent to Henan project in the company.

4, Steadfast, willingness, can bear hardships and stand hard work, rigorous work style, a strong sense of responsibility, have good communication skills.
