工作职责：

1. 深入开发目标渠道以及核心终端用户

2. 提升产品在经销商和核心终端用户处的销量和利润

3. 持续导入新产品，提升扩大业务

4. 制定和执行公司相关销售和促销政策

5. 配合经销商和营运团队，不断提升产品的特性和销售服务

6. 确保应收账款及时到位

7. 针对经销商作季度培训

8. 分析竞品信息和整体市场趋势

岗位要求：

1. 本科以上学历，工商管理或者市场营销相关专业毕业，5年以上外资公司工作经验

2. 流利的中英文口语和书写

3. 有商用清洁产品、餐饮、酒店或者工业劳防用品相关经验者优先，了解塑料产品工具者优先

4. 熟练使用Excel, Word和Power Point

Main Responsibilities:
1 Driving target channel distribution development to enhanced penetrations and building superior relationships with Key End Users Accounts within the assigned geographic area and target segment (or industry)
2 Maximize product portfolio with distribution customers & key end user accounts
3 Enhance assigned target channels/geographic area business with the addition of new product introductions.
4 Formulate and execute sales & promotion plan which are in line with company strategies to drive sales and profitability for Rubbermaid Commercial Product business
5 Partnering with distributors and internal operating to execute product’s selling strengths and promote products and services.
6 Keep close control on AR & statutory form collection
7 Conduct product trainings to distributors quarterly
8 Provide field analysis on competitions, and general marketplace activities

Requirements;
1.Bachelor's degree in business or marketing disciplines with at least 5 years’ field sales experiences in MNCs environment.
2 Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin.
3 Experiences in Commercial Cleaning, Food Service, Hospitality or Industrial MRO will be very highly preferred. Working knowledge of plastics tools will be advantageous.
4 Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
