- Support of installation and application usage of Siemens Tecnomatix Products

- Become a consultant and be able to provide trainings for the simulation applications (e.g. IQS)

- 顾问，提供培训（建模软件：举例IQS）

- Test and prepare new software releases for internal deployment of IQS

- 测试准备新软件版本，IQS内部部署

- Monitor application’s activity (performance monitoring, logs, failures)

- 监控软件进程，（性能监控、日志、报错）

- Be a contact point for users and participate in user meetings

- 用户会议中的一个联络人

- Collect and analyze user’s request for further processing

- 收集分析用户的需求，进一步跟进处理。

- Define tool enhancement based on the collected request

- 根据所收集的需求定义工具的改进。

- Implement changes on applications as required by the change management process

- Implement Software Citrix Servers and Databases Maintenance

- CITRIX 服务器和数据库维护

- Administrate application’s environment and instances (user rights, database changes and quotes)

- Lead complex technical projects and/or participate in projects as team member

Profile:

- Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering and/or Manufacturing area or comparable studies

计算机、信息、工程和制造相关专业本科

- Fundamentals in leading projects

- Knowledge in Digital Manufacturing Simulation Tools and their usage

机械建模软件知识

- Knowledge in tools configurations and scripting

工具配置和编写脚本知识

- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP network protocol

基础的TCP/IP协议知识

- Knowledge of Operating Systems (e.g. Win10, Linux, etx.)

操作系统知识

- Basic knowledge of IT processes (e.g. Incident Management, Change Management, etc.)

- Very good MS Office Skills

4. 日常沟通：邮件、Skype英文读写（供应商、用户大部分都是国外的）
5. 前期培训：一期本地、二期美国（PPT+在线会议）
6. 采用矩阵式管理，本地、美国双汇报机制。开会频率不高，一周1-2次，晚上21:00-22:30。（但能弹性工作制。会议第二天晚来或者当天早走。）
