• Ensure that 100% of the tanks meet safety and quality requirements
• Handle customer concerns and provide corrective action responses
• Satisfy the Customer(s)
• Reduce the Quality cost (scrap,…)
• Make sure that all internal procedures are in place and respected
• Track process capabilities and scrap in order to provide information to management for improvement
• Support continuous improvement
• Must successfully complete all required training。
• Prepare the data and good/bad part for daily quality meeting, and follow up the corrective action for all 8D.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Abilities

• Quality Background
• Excellent knowledge of the product and the process
• Knowledge of plastic (properties and applications)
• ISO / IATF16949
• Excellent communication skills (customer, production, maintenance)
• Korean speaking is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast paced
• Ability and availability to work unusual hours
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Bachelor degree
