MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 责任概要：

To be responsible for all areas of the hotel interior and exterior which include building mechanical systems and controls; building electrical systems and controls, applications, energy management technology, interior finishing techniques and product application, budgeting and management principles.

确保酒店内外区域包括酒店内各种机械、电子设备及操作系统的正常运作，以及能源管理技术和内部现有技术、产品技术的完善；工程预算及相关管理条例的制定与完善。

SPECIFIC DUTIES/工作任务：

1. Ensure best possible two-way communication with associates and managers; striving to keep

associates moral high. Motivate and provide a working environment in which associates are

productive.

保证员工与上级的双向沟通；努力提高员工素质；创造良好的工作环境，进一步提高员工

的工作积极性。

2. Communicate all new policies and procedures to associates and maintain continuity.

确保员工对新的条例及工作程序的认知，确保其能顺利跟进、实施。

3. Ensure that a good relationship is maintained with other departments.

协调与各部门的关系，保证工作的顺利进行。

4. Have up to date knowledge of all hotel services and functions.

熟练掌握、随时更新酒店服务及职责。

5. Develop knowledge of hotel structure, fixtures, fittings and facilities.

完善酒店结构、设备、装置和相应设施。

6. Understand the Hotel’s fire and safety procedures. To undergo training in all fire and safety

measures quarterly. Ensure fire training and procedures are understood by all concierge

associates.

熟知酒店防火安全程序；进行每季度防火安全措施培训，确保程序的准确性；所有礼宾部

员工必须参加培训。

7. Responsible for hiring, training and supervising qualified Engineering Department personnel.

负责选用、培训合格员工，并做好相应管理工作。

8. Responsible for annual budgeting of R&M, energy and capital expenditures.

负责R&M、能源、资本支出费用的年度预算。

9. Responsible for the development and promotion of subordinates in timely and planned manner.

Also responsible for counseling and evaluation of all engineering staff.

有计划的培养与提升下属；并给予员工相应的辅导及合理的评估。

10. Responsible for planning, implementing and administering the energy management and

preventive maintenance program.

对能源管理及其预防维护进行计划、实施及执行。

11. Responsible for administering the R&M, so as to maintain all equipment in accordance with

good engineering practices.

负责对R&M的执行管理，并确保所有设备与工程施工协调跟进。

12. Responsible for administering and performing his duties as specified in the Corporate SOP for

accident and fire prevention.

履行SOP中所述关于事故及火灾预防的管理及执行条例。

13. Responsible for coordinating in-house retrofits and cosmetic improvement programs as

directed by senior management.

在高层管理领导下做好内部装修维护计划的协调。

14. Responsible for adhering and administering the Corporate Engineering SOP.

执行工程SOP所有相关条例。

15. Responsible for meeting annual budgets and the authorization of all purchase orders.

符合采购单所授权之购买项目及年度预算。

16. Assist the General Manager and Director of Finance in preparing the Capital Expenditure

Budget.

协助总经理和财务总监做好固定资产预算的准备工作。

17. Prepare all Capital Expenditure Authorizations, including all supporting documents R.O.I’s

and cover letters.

准备所有认可的支出费用，包括相关R.O.I文件及信件所包含内容。

18. To be the champion of the “ECHO” program.

认真执行并引领ECHO计划在酒店的实施。
