Job Description:

1.Create billable account for Hi! Card (prepaid) service in Pegasus Production.
2.Configure/Amend promo schemes & premium packages in Pegasus via iPCC system Configuration Centre) in both test and production environment to support SPEAR testing and marketing promo launches.
3.Raise Pegasus production works order on mobile service to support foreign mobile operators testing purposes.
4.To support UAT of SPEAR/OFT.UAT (User Acceptance Testing) on Mobile, DEL, MOIP, SNBB, IPTV , mioHome, mioPlan service provisioning which include end to end testing from Pegasus to MD (Mediation Device) and the Switch for Mobile service, and Gladiator & Nickel for SG service

Requirement:

1.Diploma holder or equivalent
2.Ability to communicate in English/Mandarin verbally and in writing.
3.Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
4.Prior knowledge of Pegasus & iPCC an advantage but not necessary
5.Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
6.Has a friendly disposition and ability to relate well to people of all levels
