1. Perform daily back office support to company travel management systems upon request

2. Verify invoices and the expense documents via Concur system before the stipulated time, and cross check with the company policy

3. Contact the parties if the expense document has any problems.

4. Reconcile travel service report with concur expense report

5. Others related with this job as leader’s requirements 

1.     根据要求为公司差旅管理系统提供日常后勤支持。

2.     验证发票，审核费用报告。

3.     对于有问题的费用报告与报告提交者沟通

岗位要求：

- Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or economics required

- Good understanding of US GAAP and PRC GAAP.

- Good communication skills

- Good team player

- Self-motivated and self-starter

- Good Chinese and English language skills, both oral and written
