Overall accounting treatment (GL/AR/AP Etc). Check all original vouchers for reimbursement and book-keeping, expenses accrual booking and tracking. Responsible for direct material matching, ensure supplier accounts are clear and accurate. Timely and accurate issue of sales invoices, check the shipping of ERP system.

  

全盘账务处理：审核各类报销单原始凭证，准确编制记账凭证，完成各项费用预提并跟踪；负责直接材料三单匹配，确保供应商往来账目清晰及准确；按要求及时准确开具销售***，检查ERP发运数据，准确编制收入凭证；  - Responsible for submission of payment plan to the headquarters every month. Track and analyze the receivables / payables. Related party reconciliation.

  

每月负责向总部提交付款计划，对应收应付款进行跟踪分析，关联方往来对账；  - All tax related tasks. Responsible for checking all kinds of taxes, completing tax declaration on time every month, especially the declaration and tracking of export tax refund.

  

税务相关事项，负责各类税费的核对/审核，按时完成申报纳税，尤其是出口退税申报及跟踪；  - Assist department manager to finish department analysis report. Such as AR&AP Report, Imp&exp freight report, etc.

  

协助部门经理完成部门分析报告。如AR&AP报告，进出口运费报告等；  - Responsible for bookbinding and keeping of accounting files.

  

负责会计档案的装订与保管； 

  

- Assist department manager to finish other work.

  

协助部门经理完成其他工作。

要求：

  

-College degree & CET6 or above, major in Finance related is a must.

  

大学本科及英语6级以上，财务相关专业优先； 

 -1 years financial working experiences, auto parts industry & familiar with ERP system is preferred.

  

一年以上财务工作经验，汽车零件部行业/熟悉ERP系统优先

  - Basic English reading and speaking ability is required.

  

具备一定的英文阅读和基本会话能力。
