岗位所属部门：策略与发展顾问部、产业地产部、估价及顾问服务部、综合代理服务部
薪酬范围：12-20万
岗位职责：
– 为政府、企业、投资者及公营机构提供专业的综合性战略咨询顾问服务；
– 协助提供客户公司和项目的战略咨询、相关土地/产业规划、政策建议、商业模式研究、开发策略建议、财务分析、资源对接等工作；
– 完成项目财务经济测算分析；
– 撰写可行性研究报告及商业计划书等；
任职要求：:
– 本科以上学历，规划、经济、土地资源、房地产相关专业毕业优先考虑
– 有市场研究、城镇化服务、产业规划、区域经济研究、地产咨询及项目执行等实习经验优先；
– 熟练运用Word, Excel, PPT等办公软件及其他数据分析软件，具备优秀的报告汇报能力
– 具备基本的研究分析能力、逻辑思维清晰严谨，良好沟通、协调能力和团队合作精神及责任心；
– 有一定的创新性与市场敏感度，可高效完成技术分析。
