Job Description
Major role and responsibilities are:
-Maintain HVM health, manage yield.
-Unit control, material scrap control, dispose excess materials in assy.
-Assembly excursion management like xRBs and define root cause and corrective actions
-Manage changes (new material, new process setting)
-BOM management
-Support package TD project in ( Assy readiness, on line monitoring the builds, data collection, assembly report).
-Write MFG spec, maintain product related documents.
-SPC Chart Review (Ppk>1.67, OOC)
The candidate should be familiar with whole assy process (BGA or lead frame package) with good skills of project management, communication, experiment design, statistical analysis and problem solving.
Qualification:
Both bachelor and master are ok.
