Job Description 

As a MXA lab quipment engineer, you will be responsible for lab equipment (FA lab and reliability lab) maintenance & calibration and troubleshooting, you need to monitor equipment efficiency & utlization and lead projects to further improve the equipment performance,and also you need to work with lab FA and reliability engineers to identify & explore new technology or equipment evaluation and qualification to further enhance lab capability.

Responsibilities and Tasks 

?Responsible for lab equipment operation, maintenance and calibration 

?Monitor equipment efficiency & utlization and lead projects to further improve the equipment performance 

?Work with vendor and lab engineers to troubleshoot quipement issues

?Work with facility & vendor for new equipment set up and parameter optimization

?Identify & explore new technology or equipment evaluation and qualification to further enhance lab capability 

?Equipment vendor management; Spare parts management

?Support for customer & internal audit to ensure no major finding observed

Qualifications 

?Bachelor or Master Degree on mechanical or electrical 

?Strong troubleshooting skill

?Good organizational skills and sharp attention to detail

?Ability to work independently or in a group environment

?Basic understanding of electrical equipment and semiconductor FA and reliability tools
