Job Description 

As Engineer, Operations & Projects in MXA you will drive strategic and tactical projects initiatives to deliver successful operations summary and performance and QER/QBR projects preparation, BCP and IP related effort and projects for MXA. You will ensure a timely and effective communication and escalation at various levels of leadership as required. As the owner of site wide projects coordination, this role requires a keen sense of ownership, flexibility and ability to coordinate between site and network, willingness of flexible working hours, good communication and presentation skills, & an organized qualitative data driven program management.

Responsibilities and Tasks

?QER (Quarterly Engineering Review) and QBR (Quarterly Business Review) MXA slides preparation and review 

?Facilitate Site Level Weekly Operations and MRC Meetings

?Slides Preparation for Operations and MRC

?Capture Meeting Minutes and Track Action Items/Initiative any tracking system to trigger notification for users

?Consolidate MXA Site Weekly Report 

?MXA Slides Preparation and review session for Quarterly Site Performance Closure Compilation 

?Work with cross functional teams on Site dashboard report system & tracking maintenance

?BCP Coordinator 

?Coordinate BCP related actives (training/members update/Audit and etc.)

?Develop and perform Business Impact Analysis/Risk Assessment/BCP Continuous Improvement projects

?Arrange SCMT annual exercise.

?IP Projects Coordinator 

?Work with Internal IP team to develop IP related process and other projects for IP continuously enhancement in MXA ( Equipment scrap process and etc.)

?Work with network team on various projects and fan out to MXA  

?Present IP related topics on MRC/Site Staff for IP related projects

?Arrange quarterly MXAAA/Culture champion submission/review and Sanjay challenge

?Drive Best-Known-Methods (BKM) based project sharing across sites and prepare for MXA VP visit material preparation

?Lead and ensure effective/ timely communication on a weekly/ monthly/quarterly performance updates through leadership updates and reports. 

?Other Operations related Ad-hoc Issues 

Education & Experience 

?Bachelors/Master Degree in in Computer Science/Industrial/Electrical and Electronics/Materials/Mechanical/Software or an equivalent engineering degree.

?Strong data driven mentality for decision making. 

?Knowledge and practical application of statistics, data analysis and problem solving.

?The willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required

?The ability to work closely with others in a team environment

?Systems knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, Project, Visio, Access), Advanced data skills on visualization software such as Tableau
