Duties and Responsibilities:

1. 负责所管辖区域的业务发展和具体实施情况，完成年度销售目标；

Responsible for the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales goals; 

2. 向客户提供售前服务和应用咨询服务；

Provide pre-sales and application consulting services to customers;

3. 培养、建立和维护客户关系，通过销售服务能敏锐地感知客户的潜在需求，并转化为销售机会；

Cultivate, build and maintain relationships with customers, keenly sense the potential demand by sales services to customers, and convert it into the sales opportunities;

4. 收集市场和竞争对手信息，以便于Busch 普旭中国采取合适的销售策略；

Collect Information on the market and competitions, in order to help Busch China develop sales strategy; 

5. 跟进已签署订单，确保设备顺利交付及调试运行，并负责催讨应收账款；

Follow up the signed orders, ensure the delivery and debugging for the equipment smoothly, and be responsible for the payment collection;

6. 协调公司内部资源，提高客户满意度。

Coordinate the company resource to achieve customer satisfaction.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. 具备新客户开发能力，以及项目跟进和销售经验；

Be able to develop new customers, have experience in project follow-up and sales;

2. 优秀的沟通协调能力，敏锐的市场嗅觉，善于从客户处收集有效信息，并发掘潜力客户；

Good communication and coordination ability, keen market sense, and be good at getting effective information from customers, and develop potential customers;

3. 具有时间管理和自我管理能力、团队合作和吃苦耐劳精神；

Good time management and self-management ability, team cooperation and hard-working spirit.

4. 良好的学习能力，能在最短的时间内学习熟悉公司各类产品；

Good learning ability can be familiar with all kinds of company products in the shortest time; 

5. 良好的英语听说读写能力。

Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

 

Qualifications, Training, and Experience:

1. 本科学历，机械、流体机械类相关专业。

Bachelor’s degree, major in mechanical engineering or fluid machinery related;

2. 良好的抗压能力，能接受经常出差；

Ready to work under pressure, available for frequent travelling; 

3. 至少3年销售经验，有工业品销售经验者优先。

At least three years related sales experience, working experiences in industrial goods is preferred.

线路1经停点：地铁5号线江川路地铁站1号口→沪闵路东川路全季酒店门口公交站→交大新村公交站；单程15分钟。
线路2经停点：地铁9号线松江体育馆地铁站2号口→新桥家天下门口→公司；单程60分钟。

公司靠近地铁15号线紫竹高新区站，步行可到。
