职责描述：
- 负责项目租赁事务，向企业客户提供专业的房地产咨询服务、合同及交易管理服务；
- 负责客户接待，展厅参观，租赁合同起草、谈判和合同签署，支持项目经理的工作；
- 关注市场动态,维护企业客户关系，进行市场调查，做好资源跟进及数据库的及时更新维护工作；
- 做好大客户的长期跟进及管理工作；
- 负责协助部门领导处理部门日常工作，包括各类报告、计划等文案的拟定。
任职要求：
- 本科或本科以上学历；英语CET4以上及以上水平，口语良好；
- 能独立完成企业客户开发,跟踪,服务,维护大客户及开发商关系；
- 性格开朗，自信，有较好的沟通交际能力及解决问题的能力；
- 具有良好的团队协作精神，吃苦耐劳，能够在压力及多任务环境下工作；
- 熟练掌握Office办公软件，能够制作Word、Excel、PowerPoint等。
