Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage the commercial banking relationships in CMB so as to maximize the profitability of RMB and FCY business through quality lending and active cross-selling of other banking services such as PCM, GM, RBWM, and Private Banking, etc.;

2. Ensure healthy growth of customer base with emphasis on achieving the Group's strategy of business growth in Guangdong province;

3. Act as the first line of defense and safeguard the Bank from potential loss and maintains high level of compliance in day-to-day operations;

4. Achieve sales target agreed with line manager;

5. Provide regular feedback on market developments and competitor activity;

6. Apply his/her industry and credit expertise to offer first class services to meet the customers' banking needs;

7. Increase brand recognition and develop skill set to meet business needs;

8. Maintain internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring.




Job Requirements:

1. University Degree or above (recognized by the state); with five to ten years working experience required (preferably with corporate/commercial banking);

2. A strong sales and result-oriented mindset;

3. Possess solid credit skills and have analytical ability to facilitate the structuring of credits;

4. Proficiency in English and Chinese. Fluency in both Cantonese and Mandarin will be a strong advantage;

5. Be extremely dynamic and forward-thinking individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills to put in creative ideas;

6. High level of negotiation skills;

7. Be willing to travel.
