【岗位职责】
Job Responsibilities
1，提供专业的顾问服务，包括城市土地顾问，政府战略规划，片区规划，商贸业顾问，房地产资产和投资组合策略等。
2，了解国家财经政策和房地产政策，能针对市场最新情况撰写分析报告供公司内部、发展商、政府以及媒体参考。
3，协助项目经理完成各项目工作，提升部门效率及表现。
4，为现有客户提供服务，保持良好客户关系。
5，配合项目负责人完成客户接待、客户项目考察、客户市场信息解答等工作。
