工作职责 :
- 负责项目的采盘；
- 负责项目的评估报告；
- 协助项目负责人开展现场、测算、撰写/审核报告，能独立完成评估项目。
任职资格：
- 硕士及以上学历，资产评估、会计相关专业；
- 持资产评估师、房地产估价师、土地估价师证者优先；
- 思维缜密，工作严谨，具有良好的组织能力和沟通协调能力，敬业、有良好的团队精神。
- 英文读写，表达能力好。
薪酬范围：10-12万
