Understand current finance procedures and take lead for continuous internal procedure improvement；

Be Responsible for the implementation of all finance related projects lead by Group Finance, e.g. VIM (Vendor Invoice Management), Serrala (Bank Payment Automation）；

Initiate and lead new finance project at local level for procedure optimization and enhancement；

Local contact person to coordinate with Group Finance, BU Finance and IT regarding finance projects and procedure improvement；

Support Finance Manager to define and implement new policies and rules Act as backup of other Finance Supervisor/Specialist when necessary；

Effective and efficient internal procedures；

Implement group projects timely and properly；

Define, lead and implement new project to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of finance operating procedures ； Ensure good communication with relevant parties and ensure smoothly implementation of projects；

Set up good policies and rules which could improve internal control.

职位要求：

1.Solid accounting and finance experience in MNC manufacturing company

2.Direct working experience in handing and/or managing AP process is a must

3.Deep involvement in system implementation, or accounting/finance related project. Strong ERP technology is a big plus

4.Strong logical thinking and problem solving capability

5.Good command of English and Chinese 6.Skillful with MS Office

Type and length of experience required for the position:

1. 4-5 years’ experience in the field of financial accounting in MNC manufacturing company

2. 1-2 years’ experience of team leader or project leader is a plus
