Responsibility

1. Creates and executes program work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

2. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.

3. Reviews deliverables prepared by team and maintain in system.

4. Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.

5. Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.

6. Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.

7. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

8. Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.

9. Holds regular status meetings with project team.

10. Keeps project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news.

11. Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.

12. Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.

13. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.

14. Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.

15. Technical Understanding

16. Possesses general understanding in the areas of new programming.

17. Possesses a thorough understanding of internal capabilities.

18. Maintains awareness of emerging situation and the potential risk on programming.

Qualification

1. University degree/college diploma and above

2. 5 years direct Automotive work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.

3. Demonstrated experience in personnel management.

4. Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

5. Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

6. Flexible during times of change.

7. Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.

8. Strong written and oral communication skills.

9. Seating JIT or structure program experience is a plus.

10.Technical background experience is a plus.
