Requirements

1. Analyze the customer RFQ and create adequate quoting assumptions
2. Prepare costing models based on estimation of new or proposed product cost
3. Prepare CBA based on cost models and relevant program expenditure, and offer an adequate quotation price to fulfill financial targets
4. Analyze the companies operation cost records and help to improve operation efficiency and to reach the financial objective deliverables
5. Examine any costs that seem contrary to past experience
6. Review the cost models and CBAs with US headquarter and pursue the global approval of these CBAs
7. Follow internal product/process change procedures and provide in-time costing input in the change management system
8. Provide target prices for all the outsourced products to relevant working team
9. Manage the bookkeeping of Shanghai group office's expenses
10. Analyze the variances of monthly actual expenses against budget
11. Track the group office's expenses by programs and department
12. Manage the costing team
13. Annual budget preparation
    

Qualifications

1. At lease bachelor degrees in majors of automotive/mechanical/chemistry and finance knowledge
2. 5 years' experience in automotive industry and at least 3 years' experience in costing, 2 years management experience at supervisor level in a sizable foreign-invested manufacturing company.
3. Good oral & written English
4. Proficient in Excel skill, database, power point
