Key Responsibilities

主要职责

1. Monthly data preparation to analyze tariff applicable ratio, analyze short collection and issue report for corrective action

2. Make regular and periodic study on tariff and business process, monitoring the short collection and notify GSSC for correction in case there’s any mistakes and missing revenue.

3. D&D TBI (to be invoice) follow up

4. Take initiative to check with cost control about cost incurred by the 3rd party negligence and ensure/monitor the recovery duly put in place

5. Monthly KPI monitor and follow up the improvement of GSSC Chongqing.

6. Monthly not invoice management and follow up to ensure all the not invoice can be cleared within the month.

7. Cooperate with technical department for control enhancement in system.

Required Experience & Skills

任职资格及要求

• Bachelor’s degree or above with statistic background as plus

• At least 1 years working experience in analytical section

• Industrial background is preferred

• Experience in business analysist is plus

• Working experience in consulting firm or big four is preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PPT

• Quick learner with proactive working attitude and be able to work under high pressure

• Strong Analysis, communication and presentation skills with an excellent command of verbal and written English
