Job Duties:

·        First line contact for regional IT application support, actively participates in requirements gathering and helps to define and refine system processes as well as maintains documentation.

·        Regional training facilitator and responsible for the roll out of new concepts to the region.

·        Performs local application configuration or local IT administrative tasks as directed by global IT.

·        Designs, develops and changes programs/applications by changing configuration and/or using development tools

·        Provides daily administrative and helpdesk support and provides technical support to end-users. Both on-site and remotely support will be required.

·        Prepares and sets up user workstations and computer equipment, performs hardware and software installation, configuration

·        Provides network administration of all infrastructures.

·        Troubleshoots email, software, hardware, networking, and all other computer related issues.

·        Assists in implementation and maintenance of systems and network

·        Setup and Support Zoom, Zoom Rooms and Zoom phone.

Requirements:

 

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 3-5 years of solid experience in technical support preferably in MNC enterprise
• Prior application support experience a plus, Prior retail store support experience is a plus
• Sound knowledge of Windows 10 and 7, MS office 365, MAC OS, Good knowledge in Windows AD, MS Exchange and other Microsoft product.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal, fluent in English.
• Self-starter and a good team player, Willing to take responsibilities, Strong business understanding and curious about how things work
• Willing to work overtime and attend to emergencies after normal working hours
• Willing to travel to Mainland China with up to 30% of the time.
