Job Responsibility:

1.Identify hiring requirements to ensure the requests are fit for organization and business development.

2.Assist HRM in talent management,such as talent review ,succession planning etc.

3.Be responsible for resignation management,such as exit interview,resignation analysis etc,so that feedback can be provided to management for improvement..Provide registration service to new employee.

4.Support HR whole team to complete tasks,including ER,C&B,Training,Performance,etc.

5.Manage o-chart and JD pool.

6.Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Job Qualification:

1.Bachelor degree and above with minimum 4 years practical experiences in recruitment function of MNC,major in Human Resources or Psychology in a plus.

2.Good interview skill and strong learning ability.

3.Excellent communication skill both in Chinese and English

4.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications(Outlook,Excel,Word,PowerPoint).

5.Mature,Self-motivated,enthusiasm,resilient and can working independently under pressures.

6.Good interpersonal skill and a good team player
