职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1.Respecting school rules, completing tasks in a time manner, and producing quality work;

2.Manpower Planning 人力管理
a) Make manpower planning by organization analysis and ensure optimization of resources in each department structure.
根据组织需求及分析结果制定人力预算;
b) Ensure all recruitment needs are fulfilled through effective recruitment channel and process.
保障所有的招聘渠道及招聘过程运行有效;
c) Educate hiring managers on High-Touch Leadership Competency based interview skills and techniques.
帮助部门经理提升招聘技能及技巧;
3. Compensation & Benefits 薪酬福利
a) Implement the C&B strategy and program, ensure the internal equity and external competitiveness.
实施薪酬策略,确保其外部竞争性及内部公平性;
b) Identify the areas for improvement through market intelligence study.
研究外部市场数据,对内改善;
c) Work closely with Admissions team to review workforce commission effectiveness on a regular basis.
在数据分析的基础上回顾激励机制的有效性;
4. Performance Management 绩效管理
a) Facilitate the performance management cycle of workforce under the school guideline.
促进绩效管理在总框架下顺利运行;
b) Administrate the yearly salary adjustment and performance discussion session.
牵头年度调薪及绩效回顾活动;
c) Cascade school performance management and philosophies.
关联绩效策略和日常组织活动;
d) Drive to build a performance driven culture.
推动绩效导向组织文化。
5. Training and Development 培训发展
a) Work with line-managers to identify the development needs of employees and propose solutions.
培训需求识别及提出解决方案;
b) Facilitate regular Talent Review and Succession Planning, and ensure the individual development Plans are well implemented.
人才盘点及继任计划回顾
c) Be responsible for delivering the orientation program for staff.
培训实施。
6. Administration 行政管理
a) Provide consultancy/ advise to line managers on employee grievances and disciplinary

b) Advice line managers in interpretation and application of human resources policies.
对人力资源政策进行解释及推动。
Requirements & Qualification:
1. Education Background学历背景 :
- Bachelor degree above in relevant major;
相关专业学士以上学历;
CET-6 or above, good command of English;
英语六级及以上水平,英文良好 ;
2. Professional Experience工作经验:
- Minimum of 2 years HR experiences in multi-national companies with at least 3+ years in HR management.
2年以上外企工作经验,3年以上人事管理经验;
3. Skills职业技能:
- Hands-on experience in HR operational activities and detail-oriented mindset;
人力资源运营实操经验,关注细节;
- Excellent planning skills with strategic thinking;
优秀的计划能力及系统性思维;
